Twinsters Separated @ Birth Reunited Online After 25 Years

On February 21, 2013, Samantha, an American actor living in Los Angeles, received a message via Facebook that would drastically change her life. It was from Anaïs, a French fashion design student living in London. Anaïs' friends viewed a KevJumba YouTube video featuring Samantha and were immediately blown away by the identical appearance of Samantha and Anaïs. With a few light Google stalking sessions, Anaïs and her friends discovered that both girls were born on November 19, 1987 and adopted shortly after. Anaïs knew immediately that it was possible for Samantha to be her biological twin sister and reached out to her through Twitter and Facebook.

Below is a message she sent on Facebook

About 25 years back...
Anaïs was born in South Korea on November 19, 1987. She was put into foster care through Holt International Children's Services. About three months later, she was adopted by a couple & raised as an only-child, in the suburbs of Paris where she grew up enjoying all types of food & cheese. She also spent the first years of her childhood in Belgium. Always fascinated by drawing & encouraged by her parents to pursue a career in the arts, she graduated with a BA in textiles from ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres in Paris, France. Anaïs recently graduated from the acclaimed Central Saint Martins College of Arts & Design in London with a degree in fashion design. She now works as an assistant designer for Gerard Darel.

For Samantha, she was born in South Korea on November 19, 1987. She was put into foster care through Spence-Chapin Adoption Services. About three months later, Samantha was adopted by a family in Verona, New Jersey. She has two older brothers, Matt & Andrew, her parent's biological sons. Her father is an accountant & her mother is a pre-k teacher. Samantha's childhood hobbies included harassing her brothers, softball, dance & theatre. She eventually attended & received her high school diploma from the Professional Performing Arts School in New York City and a BFA in Theatre Arts from Boston University. Samantha currently lives in Los Angeles, pursuing her acting career.

According to them, "Since our first meeting, we have had the opportunity to travel around the globe together, discovering more about ourselves every single day."

The story of the ladies is so inspiring that Samantha has decided to make a movie titled "Twinsters" out of it. She said "Anaïs and I knew that our story only happens in movies… and of course me and all my friends are involved in the entertainment industry and filmmaking. Everyone encouraged me to keep records of the process because it was so unique. Anaïs and I wanted to share our story with the world, so we decided to make a documentary with our friends."

The tie between them is now so strong that their movie that was originally planned for production to be only 10 days in London has been expanded. Aording to them, but as our relationship expanded, so did our film."

They have successfully raised $85,244 on KickStarter to fund the movie and the movie is expected to be ready by November 2015.
